The ebooks@cambridge team are pleased to announce that the Oxford Chemistry Primers collection has been renewed for 2025-26. The ebooks are hosted on Oxford’s Science Trove platform and are also searchable by title in iDiscover.
Oxford University Press states that the Primers “provide accessible accounts of a range of essential topics in chemistry and chemical engineering”; many of the titles included in this collection appear on Chemistry Department reading lists.
The Primers texts include examples and applications that show the relevance of the chemistry being described to current research and industry. They also include full worked solutions to the end-of-chapter exercises, and multiple-choice questions for self-directed learning.
